ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Rachael. I’m a photographer based in Cumming, GA. I love shooting at beautiful locations between Atlanta and the North Georgia Mountains, and I’m always open to traveling for the right location.

Once I was pregnant with my oldest, everything shifted for me. I left my elementary teaching career and turned what started as part time photography into what I do full time today. I have three children and homeschool, so this season of life is very full and very close to my heart.

Becoming a mom completely changed the way I see photos. It is not just about how something looks, it is about how it feels. The little things. The way your child leans into you, the way they ask to be held, the moments you wish you could freeze for just a little longer.

That is what matters to me when I photograph families. I want you to be able to look back at your images and feel this season, not just remember it.

I also own Wildhaven Studio here in Cumming, which gives families and photographers a beautiful, flexible space for sessions year round.
